How to ask
This website does not take card payments, so there is no charge on the site to reverse. You pay through the instructions sent on WhatsApp.
To ask about a refund, email 4kiptvteams@gmail.com or message WhatsApp +44 7846 315411. Include the plan name, the price, and the date you paid. The team replies to each request. This page does not promise a fixed number of refund days.
After login details are sent
If login details have already been sent and used, a refund may be refused. Ask before you rely on the line if you are still deciding.
There are no contracts on a normal plan. You can cancel a renewal by writing to the team. Access then runs until the end of the term you already paid for, and the next charge is not taken.
Lifetime plans
A lifetime plan is one payment for as long as BingeTrax continues to offer that plan. It is not a promise that the service will operate forever. If the service ends, the lifetime plan ends with it.
